Fed Ex Orders

Where do you ship?
FedEx 2 day and FedEx Overnight shipping are available to any continental United States location. International shipping is not available.

What are shipping dates?
FedEx orders will only go out on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, Overnight or 2nd Day Air.

What are blackout days?
Blackout Days consist of all Federal Holidays as well as all Jewish Holidays.

How are orders packed?
We pack Fed Ex orders in insulated boxes with ample dry ice to ensure quality of all items.

How are charges calculated?
Upon completing your order and selecting the Fed Ex option and shipping date, Fed Ex charges will automatically be applied. In addition, a 15% handling charge will be added to your total.

Will they leave the package?
If you will not be home when Fed Ex delivers, you must complete the signature waiver section on the Fed Ex instruction forms.

What if Fed Ex does not deliver?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays, errors, mishaps, damages, etc. caused by Fed Ex.

Local Delivery

Where do you deliver?
Local delivery includes Manhattan, Queens, Riverdale, Westchester, Teaneck, Great Neck, West Hempstead and The Five Towns.

What are the delivery dates?
Deliveries will be made on Thursday, April 17, 2008.

What are the delivery times?
We cannot provide specific delivery times.

Must I be home to accept delivery?
Yes you must be home to accept and sign for receipt of delivery.

How are delivery requests made?
Upon completing your order, you must select local delivery option at that time.

How are charges calculated?
A special handling /delivery fee of $50.00 per order will automatically be applied to your total.
